booking process

If you have any concerns or questions regarding your child's communication development, or would like to learn more about our services, please give us a call or send an email. We provide free phone consults to help determine if our services are right for you and your child.

If you decide to proceed with services after the initial phone consult we will schedule an assessment for your child (at home or school) at a time that suits you. The initial assessment will last 60-90 minutes and include a discussion regarding your child, observation of your child in play, conversation, and interactions, and formal testing if appropriate. You will receive a comprehensive written report within two weeks outlining the results. The initial assessment will allow us to determine if your child needs speech therapy services and develop their individualised goals and therapy plan.

If your child's assessment indicates that they would benefit from speech therapy we will schedule weekly services at a time that suits you. Our sessions are typically once weekly for one hour. We can provide more or less intensive services depending on the needs of your child. We offer mobile services at your home, your child's daycare or school, or via telehealth.
